A 133km round trip from Gibb River Road, the Cockburn Circuit is El Questro's most scenic track. It circumnavigates the Cockburn Range, showcasing tidal rivers, mud-flats, and Savannah plains.

Drive 17km from The Station to Explosion Gorge, part of the Chamberlain Gorge system. The track winds along the Elgee Cliffs escarpment, passing access points to waterholes and Branko's Lookout.

This 4WD track leads into an unexplored area. The waterhole at the end of this steep track is a good spot for fishing and the lookout halfway features an excellent view to the surrounding ranges.
Be prepared as hiking to Champagne Springs is a little different to all other El Questro walks, meaning that it's a bit tricky.
Amalia Gorge is best seen after the wet season when waterfalls cascade from pool to pool. In the dry season, it's an easy walk with some rock scrambling and ledge hopping.
Take a walk along this narrow spring-fed creek through palm and fern clad escarpments to a small, crystal clear swimming hole, where you can relax and drink in the beauty of the rainforest.
Emma Gorge is a stunning Kimberley gorge. Enjoy a challenging, partially shaded, one-hour walk and end with a refreshing swim in a large waterhole.
